UNEARTH singer Trevor Phipps has commented about the recently announced that they will be opening for SLAYER on their winter 2007 North American tour. “Slayer is one of the most influential bands of all time in the metal genre," declares Phipps. "We get to tour with those guys and bring our brand of metal to their stage. It is an honor, privilege and a god damn milestone for us." This monster of a tour will hit the road on January 24th for a four-week North American tour. The dates are in support of the Unearth’s latest album, III In The Eyes Of Fire.
